Leadflow provides workflow tooling for parsing inbound content, structuring lead information, and sending results to connected destinations such as Google Sheets and Notion. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices users have.

• Content you submit to the service, including pasted text, lead data, form content, and inquiry content.
• Integration data required to connect third-party services, such as Google Sheets or Notion tokens and configuration settings.

• Operate, maintain, and improve Leadflow.
• Parse, structure, and export content at your direction.

3. Google User Data

If you connect a Google account, Leadflow accesses only the data and scopes necessary to perform the features you explicitly enable, such as exporting parsed records to Google Sheets.

• We do not use Google user data for advertising.
• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI models.
• We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing functionality requested by the user.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share data only with service providers and subprocessors that help us operate the product, such as hosting, database, authentication, and AI or integration providers, and only as needed to provide the service.

5. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account or connected integration data.
